I'm bored. And I don't want to go up to the Chapel for Scouts tonight, so I'm even MORE bored. Gaaarrr. So even though it is Thursday, here's a Wee Bit of Me...



Also, I want steak. I've had it for dinner the past two nights in a row and now I'm craving it. Haha. Andrew makes freakin' awesome steaks. I think I'm in love. With the steaks. Not Andrew. That's gross. Moving on with life...



{one} what is one food that, as an adult you love, but as a child you said you’d never touch?SUSHI!!! And Kim Chee. Sushi is the weirdest one because I've always loved raw fish, but I don't know. I'm a weird child.
{two} did you go to college? if yes, what was your major?Currently still going to college. And I hate it because I'm not studying what I really want to be studying.
{three} what’s the most wild animal you’ve seen in real life (not counting the zoo)?I guess an Eagle...haha. Come on, I live in Hawaii. The wildest animal we have here are mongoose or stray chickens.
{four} have you ever been to a fortune teller?Nope.
{five} can you juggle?Only with two.
{six} hardwood floors or carpet?Hardwood.
{seven} is it called “soda” or “pop”?Soda.
{eight} what was your first car?Well, I would like my first car to be a Toyota 4-Runner, but that's not gonna happen.
{nine} what is the most decadent dessert you’ve ever eaten?Peanut Butter Volcano cake from Chilis. OMG. Amazing.
{ten} how often do you rearrange your furniture?Not that often. I'm actually good with the way my furniture is arranged now.


Really, I still want steak. But alas, I suppose that I will have to settle for saimin. Hmph.

Wee Bit of Me

It's already Wednesday! Crazy! Is it just me or does the days seem to fly by as you get older? 


I'm supposed to be sewing up my dress for the Valentine's Dance on Friday, but we'll see if that gets done. I do have a back-up outfit if all else fails though! I also have a psychology test that is due on Friday and another psychology test that opens on friday. We'll see how much I get done, though. Anyway, before I go and do all of the stuff that I NEED to do, here's a Wee Bit of Me!

{one} ice: crushed or cubed?depends on my mood, haha. for the most part, i like crushed ice, but i love sucking on cubed ice on hot days or when my throat is sore.
{two} what is your worst traffic pet peeve?People who are rude and won't let you merge or cut in or turn when they see that you obviously need to!
{three} what room in your house best represents your personality?well, my bedroom is the only space that is really MINE right now, so I guess that...
{four} do you save old birthday cards?I do. In fact, I have a few bags full of old birthday cards and letters. I'm sentimental like that, I guess.
{five} when was the last time you went on a picnic?Uhm, November.
{six} do you regularly check your horoscope?It pops up on my facebook, so I do look at it.
{seven} when you’re home, what do you wear on your feet?Nothing at all! I'm a Hawaii girl, we don't wear anything on our feet in the house, or outside the house half the time for that matter!
{eight} what’s your favorite gambling game?I don't know any gambling games! Haha, I just turned 21 so maybe someone needs to teach me before my next trip to Vegas?
{nine} have you ever written (or started writing) a book?I wrote books like it was no ones business when I was younger. I also wrote a book about coping with death (for young children) when I was in high school (shortly after I lost my grandpa). I want to write a Young Adult Fiction book one day. I had a dream last night that could totally be turned into a book, but I don't remember much of the dream. I knew I totally should have written it down!
{ten} what is your favorite musical?Rent. I wish that I could've seen it live! I also loved Grease on stage and I want to see Wicked live one day too!

So, I've been totally gym obsessed lately!

I joined on Monday, went Monday night.

Tuesday & yesterday! So, at least I'm getting my monies worth.
But, I've also been lacking in the blogging arena...

And cleaning arena.

And hw arena...

{three} do you still have your wisdom teeth?yes, i do. i'm kind of terrified to have them pulled. Like just thinking about it makes me want to die. Seriously. uggghhh!!!
{four} what is your go to way to relax?good music, a book, comfy bed and someone to cuddle with!or a trip to the gym.

Wee Bit & then Homework

This semester has been surprisingly challenging for me.
I just can't seem to concentrate. I don't know why.
But, today I definitely have to get some homework done!
Which is going to be even harder because the roofers are here again.

They were here yesterday & they broke our clothesline and they were just throwing their trash off the roof into our backyard. RUDE MUCH?!

Plus, I couldn't concentrate because of all the noise they were making yesterday, so of course no homework got done.

*sigh* i might have to pack up my stuff and head down to the library to get some quiet study time.

Anyway, before I attempt to focus, here's

{one} how tall are you?i am a petite 5'1". Although on good days I'm 5'2" and everyone claims that I'm 5'0"
{two} besides bills, what do you spend most of your money on?er. fabric & sewing stuff. haha, yeah...
{three} what are your three favorite websites?uhhhhmmm.....i am completely drawing a blank right now. I'm going to go with listverse, pandora, and tumblr!
{four} what brand of tennis shoes do you prefer?I got a great pair of Reeboks a few years back & since then I've loved Reeboks! Nike, of course, is a really good brand, but I can't afford Nikes lol. And I also like Danskin!
{five} what food can you absolutely not stand to eat?teriyaki. I know, what kind of local Hawaii girl am I to not eat teriyaki?! IDK I just hate it.
{six} How many pairs of jeans do you own?Uhm..way too many haha. In high school, I had like 3 pairs of jeans (I mean, I never really needed jeans since we wore uniforms), now I have 1.5 drawers full of jeans.
{seven} if you could have any job, what would it be?a child psychologist! I finally decided that I want to double major in Psychology and Child development! (Which means that I'm looking at attending USU next semester!)
{eight} have you ever ridden in an ambulance?nope.
{nine} how many pillows do you sleep with?at least four. I love pillows!
{ten} on a scale of 1-5, how organized are you?3.5-4. It just depends on the day. I am usually super organized, but sometimes life happens and I don't get to put everything away properly.
The roofers are currently drilling the roof over my bedroom.It's cute though, Lady is mimicking the noises of the drill.
She's the cutest puppy in the universe!

We all know that I love answering questions and doing surveys about myself and my life (yeah, I say that in ever link party post). {one} did you buy a christmas tree this year?i did not, but thankfully my aunty and uncle that live with us did! we were on vacation since before thanksgiving until sunday, leaving very little time to buy a christmas tree, but we do have one!
{two} what is your favorite holiday tradition?my family doesn't do this anymore, but we use to go to my tutu's house every year on christmas day. Santa would come and we would open presents and have a huge, yummy dinner with all of my grandma's siblings and their families. It was really fun. But we kinda stopped doing that after tutu passed away :(
{three} do you open your gifts on christmas eve or christmas day?one on christmas eve, the rest on christmas day.
{four} at what age did you stop believing in santa claus?i still believe in santa! haha, ok well...i'm not sure when I stopped believing. I think it was probably when I started to recognize my grandma's handwriting, but then even after that I forced myself to still "believe" so that I wouldn't disappoint my siblings or cousins.
{five} do you fill stockings?Nah. I mean, I will when I have my own family some day. 
{six} handmade presents or store bought presents?both. it just depends.
{seven} do you have a favorite christmas meal?stuffing and mashed potatoes!
{eight} is your christmas tree real or artificial?real.
{nine} what is your favorite christmas song?merry christmas, happy holidays by nsync! that and walking in a winter wonderland sung by pretty much anyone.
{ten} did you send out christmas cards this year?nah. i really should have since i had that whole 50 cards for free thing, but eh.
OK, well, that was that and I hope that you enjoy reading my Christmas-y answers. Haha. Now I have to go and finish a few final assignments that I've been putting off lately.

Don't Mind Me...

I am so friggen exhausted, it's crazy. I've literally been up since like 1:30am. Worrying about all those last minute details that go into a trip. Wondering if I packed everything. Packing for other people. It's just been tiring. But, I can now relax and just enjoy myself. Kind of! Haha, there's gonna be more craziness when we get to the airport. Hopefully I'll at least get to sleep on the plane!

{one} what kind of camera do you have? i have a sony...something. haha. just know that it's a sony :) I'm dying for a DSLR, though.
{two} you just won $1000 and you have to spend it on yourself on one item. what do you buy? An iPad, for sure! Or maybe a Canon DSLR. Why can't I have both?
{three} if you had to choose, would you rather live with your parents in the same house forever or 5000 miles away? In the same house forever. Just because, I don't know how I could cope being THAT far away from my family.
{four} is your christmas tree up yet? No. I'm not even sure if we're doing one this year since we'll be gone for the next three weeks. Maybe one'll be up when we get back!
{five} do you bring reusable bags to the grocery store? No, but I do HAVE reusable bags. Maybe I should actually use them...
{six} which would be worse: listening to the same song on replay for the rest of your life or having to eat the same meal everyday for the rest of your life? The same meal everyday. I mean, I'm a really picky and I prefer eating the same things anyway, but I do end up getting sick of food way more often than I get sick of music.
{seven} name 3 things you are thankful for this season. my family, the gospel in my life, and my education.
{eight} do you dye/highlight your hair? if so, do you do it yourself or have it done at the salon? I have, but I don't anymore. I actually have natural highlights from being in the sun
{nine} would you rather watch a movie at home or at the theater? Home. So I can make as much noise as I want! LOL.
{ten} would you rather win $1000/week for life or $5 million all at once? $1000 a week. That's actually a lot for a week, so you know, it's all good.

{one} what time do you normally wake up?Somewhere between 6:30 and 7. I've always been an early bird. When I was 4, I used to wake up at 5:30 to go to school, so yeah...

{three} if you could only see black and white except for one color, what color would you choose to see?green. It's my favorite color, plus it's comforting.

{five} if you could choose one meal to cook better than anyone else, what would it be?Cake noodles. I love cake noodles.

{seven} do you give your pets birthday/christmas gifts?No. Haha.
{eight} when your plate has different foods on it, do you mix or not?It depends on what kind of food there is. Usually, I kind of do though.
{nine} if you could hire someone to do one thing for you all the time, what would it be?Cook. Yep, definitely cook. And bake. The person would need to be awesome at cooking and baking.
{ten} when flying, do you prefer the window or aisle seat?Window. Near the wing. I don't know why, but I just love it there.

If you really knew me, you would know that I love Memes, Surveys and Quizzes. Mostly, well, because I enjoy talking about myself. It's a self-esteem booster, y'know? So, obviously when I stopped by Angela's blog and saw all of the Memes that she links up, I had to do them. {one} do you collect anything? if so, what and how long have you been collecting? Growing up, I collected Barbie dolls, just like my mom. I haven't gotten a new one in years, but I would really love to start collecting again!
{two} what is one cleaning tip that you swear by? Yeah, I don't really have any cleaning tips. Oh wait, I do! I love Bacto for sanitizing instead of Clorox. It's a bit safer, especially around children. We use it to clean our classrooms all the time.
{three} who would you call for bail money? My grandma. Haha.
{four} what is one thing you miss about being a kid? The TV shows. I miss all the old 90s Nick Shows and One Saturday Morning. Also the simplicity of it all and not really having to worry if people liked you or not.
{five} name a few of your guilty pleasures. My guilty pleasure is peanut butter. Oh, and nutella. Anything including peanut butter and/or nutella makes me melt...
{six} how early do you start your holiday shopping? Well, I've learned that shopping early can be a good thing. You get all the awesome sales.
{seven} what is a family tradition that you would like to pass on to your significant other/children? I actually want to start new family traditions when I get married and have a family. My family used to have awesome family traditions, but not so much anymore....
{eight} what do you consider your greatest achievement? Being able to live on my own, paying my rent and other bills. I know, lame, but I'm still young..sooo...
{nine} what do you do to pamper yourself? I don't really do much, actually. Just sitting in a nice, warm bath is good enough for me.
{ten} if you were to start your own restaurant, what would it be called? Hmmm...Tasia's Place. LOL. I don't know what we'd make there, though...
