Friday Link-Ups

You wanna know what I think is hilarious?
(of course you do! what am i even thinking?!)
I think it's hilarious that everyone (and their mother)
is talking about the whole star shifting, sign changing thing.
I actually really love that so many people are talking.
& let's get this straight,
there is no way that I'm switching to a Capricorn.
Not that being a Capricorn is bad.
Most of my friends are, in fact, Capricorns.
I, however, am a true Aquarius til the end.
Mmkay?

Moving on. Here are the link-ups that I'm doing today!

Let's start with Five Question Friday, over with Mama M.

1. What movie could you watch over and over again and not get tired of?

i have a few! hmm...dirty dancing has to be at the top of the list though.
It's my all time favorite movie.
Also, She's the Man (I've watched it a billion times and still laugh every time),
50 First Dates (best movie EVER) & Nacho Libre!
Oh and Madagascar 2!
2. What's your biggest pet peeve right now?
Bad attitudes. Over the past few days, I've witnessed way more attitude problems then I ever should in my young life. Seriously, I thought attitude issues were only for teenagers.
Apparently, people in their 30s with kids can have them too.
And then they wonder why their kids have attitude problems. *rolls eyes*
3. If you had to describe your best friend in five words or less, what would you say?
funny, sarcastic, dreamer, listener, brotherly (yes, my best friend is a boy & yes, he is awesome. so there)
4. If you did not have to worry about money or go to school what would you do for a living?
I would honestly just be a stay at home mom. I would homeschool my kids & I would just spend my time enjoying being with them. I'm hoping that one day I can make this a reality, even if it means that I'll have to make sacrifices.
5. What is your one "splurge" item, that you will always buy, no matter the cost?
Books! If there is a book that I'm dying to read, I'll pretty much buy it, no matter what. At least I'm splurging on practical things though :)

Honestly, Fill In The Blank Friday with Lauren is like my favorite link up.
Because it makes me think.
So, I'm especially loving this weeks fill ins!

1.   I feel happy when       I get to spend time with people that I care, someone does something special for me out of the blue, when my puppy decides to be nice and give me kisses instead of barking at me, I get to laze around all day and just relax, the people around me are happy and cheerful    .

2.  I get silly when    I'm with my friends, and especially when it's way late and I'm way tired and I'm talking to either my friends, my girls, or my best and it's just random, crazy, silly nonsense.   .

3.  Something that makes me sad is       animal and child abuse    .

4.  Something that makes me annoyed is   when people judge others for no apparent reason other than looks or assumptions. And also when people think they know my life story and where I'm coming from and why I do things when really they don't    .

5.  A time that I've been truly surprised was        errr...I can't think of anything. I'm a really hard person to surprise because I'm extremely intuitive and I know when things are coming pretty easily. It's hard to hide things from me because of my intuition. Whoever proposes to me is going to have to be reeeaalllyy good at it in order to keep a surprise. Like, no one will be able to ask me anything. Like even if my sister asked me my ring size, I would probably automatically assume that it's because the dude wanted to know cause he was going to propose. So, yeah, he'd have to be extremely stealthy about it!  .

6.  I am so thankful for        everything that I've been blessed with. I've been extremely blessed with the life that I've lived. I have an awesome family who loves me, I have friends who are fun, I have a gospel that I look to and that  I can grow in. I'm just extremely lucky and blessed     .

7.  I feel loved when       someone does something small for me. Really, just a small little indication that they are thinking of me and want to make one little thing easier on me makes me feel loved        .

I've also decided to do some Confessions today
with the beautiful Mamarazzi and Glamazon

Photobucket

I confess...that I spent all day yesterday having a "rain day." Well, what do you expect?! You can't have snow days in Hawaii, now can you?!

I confess...that I did absolutely nothing on said "rain day." I could have crafted, I could have worked on some sewing projects, I could have done some exercise videos. Instead, I stayed in bed all day playing the Sims 3.

I confess...that I'm doing the exact same thing today, when really I should be cleaning my room. Eh, I'll get to that after I post this.

I confess...that I'm kind of nervous about going to the tri-stake Valentine's Dance. I don't wanna play that Singled Out game. Forces of the Universe, please please let someone (you know who) ask me to go to the dance with him!

I confess...that I have a new, real life crush! It's been a while since I've had a crush on an actual person that I know (yeah, kinda sucks that Flynn Rider and Logan Henderson don't count...). I don't feel comfortable talking about him on the blog just yet, but can you guys please send positive thoughts out into the universe so that maybe something will happen between me and said dude? Thanks.

I confess...that I have a crush of Flynn Rider. You know, Eugene? From Tangled? What?! He's adorable and I love him, okay? I mean, how can you not?! Look at that smolder!

I confess...that I had the best dream ever last night. OK, not ever. But Logan Henderson was my boyfriend and he sang me a special song. And everyone was jealous. So there.

And that's it for Friday's Link Up Parties.
Go on and link up if you're interested!

Linky Tuesday!

Oh hey! It's tuesday again. And it just so happens that i'm procrastinating right now. Which of course means.....linky parties! Haha. Enjoy!

1. What type of home do you currently reside in? (house, apartment, etc.)
I live in a town house. The same exact house that I've been living in since birth.
2. If you could completely redecorate one room in your home, what room would you pick, why, and what would you do to it?
Well, I'm in the middle of redecorating my bedroom, so I've got that one covered. But maybe the kitchen. Or the bathroom! Both rooms are in serious need of a make over!
3. What is your favorite place to gain inspiration for your home decor style?
All of these blogs I follow! Everyone has such beautifully decorated homes! I'm always like "Oh yeah! I wanna do that in MY house one day." I also watch a lot of HGTV.
4. What is your favorite piece of decor in your home?
Currently it is my desk. I love it. It's small, but it's absolutely perfect for me.
5. What do you want visitors to feel when they visit your home? Do you think your home gives off that feeling?
When I have my own home, I want people to feel comfortable and like they're in their own home. I've always dreamed that my home would be open and welcoming, somewhere that people would want to come to all the time! That's what I plan on doing when I get my own place.
6. Describe your home in one word and explain why you chose that word.
Memories. I grew up in this house. All of my childhood memories come from this house and this neighborhood. It has played a big role in who I am today.
7. What are some predominant colors or patterns in your home?
Eh, the house has no theme really, but in my room the predominant color is green (favorite color much?). When I have my own house, I can see myself using different shades of yellow and green a lot.
8. What is your favorite room in your home and why?
My bedroom! It's the only place I can really go to get away from life, especially since my family moved in and they have 5 kids under the age of 12. It gets pretty crazy, but my room is MY place, no one can come in unless invited.
9. Do you take a hands-on or DIY approach to projects around your home or do you enlist or hire help?
I'm definitely more of a hands on person. I do take note from other bloggers and people on the internet, but for the most part, I can do things by myself. I inherited a lot of skills like that from my grandpa. Usually, I can just look something up and teach myself how to do it.
10. Where is your favorite place to shop for home furnishings?
Craigslist or thrift shops. I do want to buy at least the living room furniture brand new after I get married and have my own home. And of course, I think I'd want a brand new bedroom set eventually and definitely a new nursery set when I have my first kid. But I can deal with hand me downs for the most part.

Top 2 Favorite Items from 2010!
1.  My Ollivanders Wand!
I've never shared this baby with you guys yet, so aren't you in luck! I love that I got to pick my own wand when I went to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. My dream was to have a wand of my very own and I absolutely love mine!
isn't she beautiful? i'm finally a real witch!
2. My MacBook
At the beginning of the year, the screen on my old macbook got cracked and I freaked out majorly! So, my grandma bought me a new one. It's the white plastic unibody one and it is amazing. I really couldn't go back to a PC after having a mac for so long, so I was so scared when the old one broke.

NightOwlCrafting
1. Did you make any New Year's Revolutions?
It's not really a resolution, more of a goal. My goal is to be a better me every single day.2. What are some goals you have for 2011?
Uhm. To be a better me every day? Haha, other than that, I'm teaching myself how to sew (which is interesting so far), so I want to get better at that. I also want to do more crafty things more often.
3. What is something that you got for Christmas?
My sewing machine! I love it soooo much!
4. Did you see any good movies over the holiday season?
TANGLED. Need I emphasize anymore? That movie is the cutest thing I've seen in a while and I already adore Disney! Flynn Rider is my man!
5. Do you do your own taxes or have someone do them for you?
My momma does it for me :)

It seems that's all for this Tuesday's linky party! I hope you guys all link up too :)

S&T Saturday: 25 Random Things You Should Know About Me If We're Going to Be BFF!

Because I am smart like that (but more lazy than smart, I'd say...) I am combining two linky parties into one AWESOME post. Yeah, I'm a genius I know. You can send flowers later!

Anyway, Little Miss Momma is hosting a link up called "Things You Should Know If We're Going to Be BFF" aaaannddd The Idea Room is having a link up about the Random Facts about you. Combine those two together and now you've got, say it with me y'all, "25 Random Things You Should Know About me If We're Going to Be BFF." I am linking up to both partays, so if you want to play along, click on the links and come join!

Now, on with the show...

yes, yes i was the cutest baby in the entire universe, thanks for noticing =P

01. I am the oldest, the only, and the youngest child. Confused? Let me explain...I am the oldest of my mom's four children, the only child between my mom & biological dad (I have limited contact with him, but I am also his only child), and I am considered the youngest of my maternal grandparent's children because they raised me. Yep, it's pretty crazy. Oh, I am also the oldest grandchild on my mom's side and the oldest great-grandchild on my maternal grandma's side. And yes I do have a lot of the "oldest child" traits. I can be pretty darn bossy.

02. I only went to pre-school for a few months before my Tutu (mom's grandma) made them pull me out and I went back to staying at home all day with her. And you know what, it didn't screw me up any bit. I actually developed quickly, but I was kinda shy. Which is why I didn't get into Kamehameha (we'll talk about that later) in Kindergarten.

03. I've never broken a bone in my life *knock on wood*.

04. Because I always hung out with adults when I was younger, I could always relate better to people who were older than me. I was really advanced for my age and I kind of had a harder time making friends because I was slightly a know-it-all.

05. As I kid, I preferred staying in the house and reading over going outside. I was still active in cheerleading and I rode my bike and roller skates with the neighborhood kids, but if given a choice, I would always choose to be inside with a book or playing pretend.

my siblings & i, minus the youngest, cyrus. he was...a surprise :)

06. I love to write, especially poems. I haven't written in a while, but I'm planning on starting a novel this year. I have no idea what it's going to be about yet, so if you have any ideas, send 'em on over =P

07. I'm psychic! OK, not entirely, but I have top of the line intuition skills and my irony level is off the charts. I'm the type of person that'll dream things and then it'll happen. Deja vu really happens to me. And I always just know things, always.

08. I have an incredibly addictive personality. When I like something, I really, really like it for a while, and then the obsession tapers off a bit. I don't like things just half-way, I'm either really into it, or not into it at all. I get into things really easily and I get super excited about things, even little things, so if you need someone to jump up and down because you just made your first sell on your etsy shop, I'm your girl!

09. My favorite salad is caesar. My favorite soup is creamy broccoli (in a bread bowl please!) and corn chowder. My favorite dip is spinach artichoke. My favorite fast food place is a tie between McDonalds and Taco Bell (but I love jack in a box). My absolute favorite dish is noodles (made in a variety of ways: spaghetti, cake noodles, fried noodles, chow mein, etc). My favorite dessert is....uhm, anything. My favorite fruits are bananas and strawberries. My favorite veggies are celery and broccoli. And I think cookies are bomb dot com.

10. I am not a very experimental cook. I like to follow recipes exactly, and I'm not the type to be like "BAM! Let's try adding tootsie rolls to the lasagna and see how it turns out." Whenever I try be an experimental cook, my meals come out crap. But I always get huge recipes when I follow recipes. It's probably because people who follow recipes actually know what they're doing.

me with each of my siblings. my sister was a bald baby. so was my brother cyrus. & cj was a cute little boy.

11. I lived in a dorm in high school, but not in college.

12. My favorite number of all time is 12. That's actually really important to know. I'm also a total freak about even numbers. And even-ness in general.

13. I only went to a public school for two years (in intermediate school) and I still say that it was the biggest realty check of my life. I went to two different private schools for elementary, then public school, and then I got in to a pretty prestigious private school for high school

14. Now we talk about Kamehameha. I am an alumnus of the Kamehameha Schools. Which is a privately funded school in Hawaii for Hawaiian Students. Meaning, you have to prove that you have Native Hawaiian ancestry to go there. Kamehameha has gone through a lot of lawsuits claiming that the admissions policy is racist, but they actually do a lot to help non-Hawaiians and Hawaiians alike. That's probably a discussion for another day. The school is funded by a trust that Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop, who was in the Kamehameha line (Kamehameha was the first king of the Hawaiian Island chain. He conquered the separate islands and made it one nation. One day we shall have a lesson on Hawaiian history, lol). She died of breast cancer & never had any children, instead she gave her land and monies to the children of Hawaii through a trust and a board of trustees whose job it was to erect a school to build the children of Hawaii into "industrious men and women."

15. I speak Hawaiian pretty fluently. I also speak Hawaii Creole Pidgin. My goal is to learn spanish, japanese and french one day. And also Maori.

I was a cheerleader from age 6-practically High School.

16. I wanted to cheer so badly in high school, but I was way intimidated. My school has ranked nationally in cheerleading competitions for so long, they took first place like every single year I was in HS too.

17. I have a lisp. Don't tease me. (It's cause I had braces. I never had a lisp pre-braces, but after they came off, I couldn't say "s" and "th" to save my life. It's a lot better now, but it's noticeable sometimes.

18. I like digital scrap booking more than regular scrap booking (although I really, really want to get in to regular scrap booking...maybe in 2012, lol). I just do not have the patience to sit and pick what kind of materials and papers to use and stuff. Maybe, if I had a Silhouette....

19. I really like random websites like GraphJam, Failbook, & I just started reading a new one called Regretsy. And also list websites like Listverse and TopTenz.

20. I live in a small town and I know that I want to eventually settle down in a smaller town, but I love big cities. I fell in absolute love with Las Vegas when I went in December and I know that I will adore NYC, but just to visit.

High School was awesome and horrible at the same time. As usual.

21. My favorite color is green because green is the best color in the whole entire universe :P.

22. I can be extremely photogenic at times. I actually love having my picture taken and I would love to be a model (not skinny or tall enough. boo you modeling people). It's the whole oldest child need for attention thing.

23. I plan on celebrating my 21st birthday sober. It's all part of being a mormon girl. Besides, even if I wasn't mormon, I'm not a huge party girl and I probably would have chosen just to chill at home over going out and getting all drunk and stuff.

24. Did I mention that I'm turning 21 this year? I love birthdays more than most things (besides new years). In my mind, birthdays are more special than other gift-giving holidays because it focuses on the individual. It's that person's special day to shine.

25. I can be the best friend that you've ever asked for. I listen, I don't judge. I'm extremely level headed and tend to stay calm when people are having major freak outs. I'm loving and I'm big on helping people figure out their wants. I don't use people, and I pretty much like everyone. Unless you're mean to me.

i love traveling! one day, i will travel the world!

So there you have it folks, everything you've ever needed to know about me (or maybe not, haha).  So, can we be BFFLs now?

December 28, 2010

It's Tuesday ALREADY?

I swear, the week after Christmas and before New Years goes by so quickly that if it were a competitor in the olympics (for America of course) we'd have 500 zillion gold medals. Yep, I just came up with that. I know, I'm brilliant =P.

OK, moving on. Let's have some linky party fun, shall we?

1. What was the number one item on your Christmas wishlist?
The number one item on my Christmas wishlist this year was a Sewing Machine. Originally,I thought I was just going to get the hand-me down one that has been in my family for a while, which I was totally happy about. But my grandma surprised me with one of my own, and this baby is beautiful!
2. Did you get the number one item on your Christmas wishlist?
I did! Like I said, my grandma surprised me with a brand spankin' new one.
It's a Project Runway Limited edition. And it was on sale at wal-mart! I'll tel y'all more about this beauty later :)

3. How long has it been since you’ve had a pedicure?
way too long! I can't even remember when the last time was.
4. How cold is it in your city today?
It's been kinda rainy and we're expecting more storms, but it's actually only 75 degrees. Yeah, I lov Hawaii
5. How many pillows do you sleep with?
three.
6. Can you roll your tongue?
yessa!
7. Do you always buy the same mascara or do you try new ones each tube?
It depends. Mostly I use the same one, but if I run out randomly and they don't have the kind I usually use, I'll buy a new one. My favorite is Maybelline lash blast.
8. What’s your favorite cookbook?
google. Or other peoples blogs! yeah, i've been getting a lot of recipes from the blogs I follow.
9. What was your first pet?
I had rabbits named salt and pepper, but they weren't really MINE. The first pet that was actually mine was my dog Hoku. She was Chihuahua, and I got her for christmas when I was seven. I had her until I was 18 and then she died :( But she did live a very long life, so yeh.
10. Do you wear jewelry on a daily basis?
Nope. My skin is super sensitive so I can't wear earrings to often and I have to be careful with necklaces as well. Even wearing watches causes my skin to rash. I know, I'm a weird kid :)

OK, now I have to get to cleaning and reorganizing my room so that everything can be in place before Friday. Have a fantabulous day!

December 15, 2010

Wee Bit Of Moi.

It has been way too long since I've joined up on any linky parties. To be completely honest, I actually really missed doing Wee Bit Of Me, Hoo Are You and Ten on a Tuesday. We all know that I love answering questions and doing surveys about myself and my life (yeah, I say that in ever link party post). So, I am rejoining the linky party madness this week with Leigh Ashley's Wee Bit of Me Wednesdays. Just click on her pretty graphic to link up!

{one} did you buy a christmas tree this year?
i did not, but thankfully my aunty and uncle that live with us did! we were on vacation since before thanksgiving until sunday, leaving very little time to buy a christmas tree, but we do have one!

{two} what is your favorite holiday tradition?
my family doesn't do this anymore, but we use to go to my tutu's house every year on christmas day. Santa would come and we would open presents and have a huge, yummy dinner with all of my grandma's siblings and their families. It was really fun. But we kinda stopped doing that after tutu passed away :(

{three} do you open your gifts on christmas eve or christmas day?
one on christmas eve, the rest on christmas day.

{four} at what age did you stop believing in santa claus?
i still believe in santa! haha, ok well...i'm not sure when I stopped believing. I think it was probably when I started to recognize my grandma's handwriting, but then even after that I forced myself to still "believe" so that I wouldn't disappoint my siblings or cousins.

{five} do you fill stockings?
Nah. I mean, I will when I have my own family some day.

{six} handmade presents or store bought presents?
both. it just depends.

{seven} do you have a favorite christmas meal?
stuffing and mashed potatoes!

{eight} is your christmas tree real or artificial?
real.

{nine} what is your favorite christmas song?
merry christmas, happy holidays by nsync! that and walking in a winter wonderland sung by pretty much anyone.

{ten} did you send out christmas cards this year?
nah. i really should have since i had that whole 50 cards for free thing, but eh.

OK, well, that was that and I hope that you enjoy reading my Christmas-y answers. Haha. Now I have to go and finish a few final assignments that I've been putting off lately.

XOXO,

November 23, 2010

Tay Tuesday!

Is it really that time again already?! Time for some Q&A today. And since I like to combine all my linky par-tays (haha, see what i did there? no? ...okay...) into one gigantic post, I've decided to call this section on Tuesdays "Tay Tuesdays!" 'Cause, my name is Tay...and it's Tuesday...and I'm answering questions about myself. ya'know? OK, well anyways...here we go!

First up this Tuesday is Ten on Tuesdays by Roots and Rings!
1. What are your plans for the holidays? Do you travel at Thanksgiving? If you celebrate Christmas, do you travel then, too?
This Thanksgiving I will be celebrating in Florida with my family! I don't actually have family in Florida, but we're going on a 7-day Disney Cruise right after Thanksgiving, so we're going up a bit early. We'll be in Florida/Disney World on the actual Thanksgiving day!
2. How do you make the plans for the holiday? If you have a significant other, how do you decide which family to visit?
Well, we don't really have actual plans. Usually, we spend it all together. When I was younger, we used to go to Thanksgiving Dinner at my Tutu's house, that's my mom's grandma, but not anymore.
3. Do you have your Thanksgiving meal at lunch or later in the day?
Lunch, and then of course, the left overs for dinner!
4. Do you have a favorite Thanksgiving tradition?
Going to my Tutu's house use to be my favorite tradition, but we don't do that anymore :(
5. After a big meal do you lounge around or get up and take a walk?
Lounge, of course!
6. Do you shop on “Black Friday” or do you avoid it?
I haven't ever been Black Friday shopping, but I would so do it! Maybe later on in life though, when I have my own family, and a husband, and my own income, ya know?
7. When do you usually finish your Christmas shopping?
We got our Christmas shopping for everyone done this year!
8. Do you and your significant other exchange gifts? Is there a budget?
No S.O. so no gift exchange! haha.
9. When do you decorate for the holidays?
After thanksgiving.
10. Do you go “all out” with the decor or do you keep it simple?
SImple. But one day, when I have my own house, I'd like to do more! We use to go all out when I was younger, like huge tree, cute christmas village figurines, the whole 9 yards, but we haven't done that in a while....

Next up is Hoo Are You? Tuesdays via Leslie at Night Owl Crafting.

NightOwlCrafting
1. Name 5 things you are grateful for!
Family, the gospel in my life, a good education, the fact that I have a house to live in and food on the table, & friends.
2. What is you favorite dish at Thanksgiving dinner?
Stuffing! I looooveeee stuffing. And mashed potatoes, especially the lumpy kind!
3. Do you have any family traditions for Thanksgiving?
We use to go to my Tutu's house for thanksgiving every year, but that kinda stopped after she passed away. Kinda makes me sad :(
4. Are you staying home or traveling for Thanksgiving?
This year, we're traveling. Actually, we'll be in Florida on Thanksgiving Day! My family is spending a few weeks on the mainland (Florida--Disney Cruise, Disney World, and Wizarding World! & Vegas!)
5. What else do you do on Thanksgiving day besides eat?
Watch movies, sleep, watch football, sleep. Yeah, mostly sleep!

If you want to play along, just go ahead and click and link up!

In other news, we leave for Florida TOMORROW! I am so excited it's crazy. This is my first time going to Florida and we get to go to Disney World AND Wizarding World of Harry Potter. I'm way excited about both, but of course I know I'm gonna go absolutely nutso in HP World. Especially since I just saw Deathly Hallows. After Florida, we're going to Las Vegas. It's my first time going there too, which is just crazy since pretty much every Hawaii person considers Vegas the "9th Island." I'm pretty stoked! We're gonna be gone for three weeks, but I'll try updating as much as possible.

Today, it's all about finishing up some homework, washing and putting away all my bedding, and packing those last minute items. So, I'm off for the day!

XOXO,

November 19, 2010

Aloha Po'alima!

Happy Friday, friends! While friday isn't really my favorite day of the week, I always look forward to it because of the possibilities it holds. Not only do I get a break from work and school (well...not this weekend) for a few days, but it now means fun linky parties. Sooo, here are some for today!

Fun Fridays
My fun for this weekend comes in the form of three beautiful girls and one handsome little boy. I'm going to be spending the weekend at my Aunty and Uncle's house helping them pack and watch the kiddies for a bit. I plan on helping them get their stuff packed, while finishing packing my own bag. Also, we're going to bake! Hopefully...

Tonight, I'm going to see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows! I am so stoked it's crazy. I've been a Harry Potter fan for as long as I can remember so this moment is actually very surreal for me.

Deathly Hallows in honor of Deathly Hallows!

Also on the agenda for this weekend is homework (still in overtime with that).

AND...The La'ie Hawaii temple Rededication!
please don't steal this picture. i know, it's gaawwgouuss. but it's mine.
Even though I don't get to go, it's still an amazing celebration. Plus, that means that the prophet is here in Hawaii! How cool is that?!

Now time for the linky partiess! First up is Five Question Friday hosted by Mama M over at Five Crooked Halos!

1. What Christmas song do you loathe?

I don't think I loathe any Christmas songs. Like, I genuinely like pretty much anything. Oh wait, never mind. I don't really like Grandma Got Run Over by A Reindeer. Not sure why, it just freaks me out. Must be some suppressed childhood thing.

2. Do you and your significant other cuddle at night or sleep on opposite sides of the bed?
One day, when I'm married and actually have a S.O. I'm sure that I will love cuddling at night. I'm really big on cuddling.
3. Have you ever had surgery?
Nope. I guess I've just been blessed like that.

4. When do you typically have your holiday shopping done?
Whenever there are awesome sales! This year, we had all our shopping done by September.

5. If money were not an issue (and you HAD to pick something), what would your ultimate luxury item be?

My own house, for sure. That would be the ultimate luxury.

And now, Fill in the Blank Fridays with Lauren!

1.   My Thanksgiving plans this year will include       Landing in Florida for vacation! Possibly dinner at Denny's with my family. Well, technically my Aunty's family, but I consider them my own family now too. Hey, this will be my second year spending Thanksgiving with them!   .

2.  My favorite Thanksgiving was   all of the the thanksgivings of my youth. We used to go to my Tutu's house with pretty much my entire family and have a huge feast. We stopped that after my Tutu passed away. So sad :(  .

3.  My signature Thanksgiving dish is       I'm gonna go with Cream Cheese Pumpkin crunch. I've never made it, but in my mind they're delicious.     .

4.  My favorite Thanksgiving food is   Stuffing and mashed potatoes. I adore stuffing and mashed potatoes!  .

5.  Thanksgiving free association!      family, fun, love, fooooodd!!! .

6.  Thansgiving is        the best time of year. It's my favorite holiday. It's a reminder of all the good things that we have in our lives.    .

7.  I am thankful for       my wonderful family, the church and awesome church leaders, growth throughout the year, change, being able to do things that are fun     .
